Inital consultation provided information that a new subflooring was necessary before the hardwood could be laid. The subflooring added another $1,500 to the inital purchased deal.

Everyone was professional from the consult to the installation and a courtesty follow-up call to make sure that we were satisfied with the workmanship and the installed floor.
